Website listings

Website listings are nearly always created by business owners, as such this website is not responsible for any claims, offers or information that is not accurate. 

As part of listing creation, we need to collect personal information about a business owner.  This includes (but is not limited to) a name, email address and telephone number. 

By creating an account, and adding or claiming a listing you agree to Bluehoop Digital contacting you about our listing service.  These communications (by email or telephone) might include information about your own listing, your account, or about service enhancements, and promotional and sponsorship opportunities.   We may also contact you about topics not directly connected with our listing service.  This might include information about Bluehoop Digital’s other services. 

We reserve the right to reject accounts for a variety of reasons.  These might include the quality of images, logos, content or other reasons at our discretion.  In addition, we reserve the right to make changes to listings without the approval of the listing’s owner – most generally these changes would be to improve the overall quality of our website to its users.  

Media

If you upload images to the website, as part of your listing, you should ensure that you have permission to do so from the owner of the copywrite owner of such images.  In the event that it transpires that you do not have the required permission and a claim is made for beach of copyright, we will pass on any fees or fines incurred as a result of a claim directly to you, the business that uploaded the image or content.  By using our listing service you agree to any costs incurred by your own negligence. 

Cookies

We use cookies on this website.  These are used to track usage of the website so that we can make improvements to its service and also to track account logins.  You can control cookies using our pop-up cookie control box. 

Embedded content from other websites

Listings on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, social media, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights do you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In making such a request we will also need to delete your listing.
